Ana Gonzalez founded Locking Shocking in 1996, label a year later joined who would be her partner for the next 10 years, until they dissolved the brand in 2007.
In 2008 she founded her new label Ana Locking and with her first collection ‘Reentry’ FW08-09 won the L’Oreal Paris Award for the Best Collection from the Cibeles Madrid Fashion Week.
In September 2009 she presented her SS’10 collection in New York’s Public Library during the NY Fashion Week with her partners from project ‘4Eyes’.
In November 2009 she won the Price Cosmopolitan for the Best Designer of the year.For Spring/summer 2012 Spanish label Ana Locking showed a collection titled “Under Beauty” , which according to the designer Ana Gonzalez, is an exploration of hidden beauty and finding beauty in imperfection.
The family-owned firm was founded in the 1930s, and its flagship store is in Milan.
His first collection for women appeared in 1982 and he opened his first shop in Paris one year later.
He also participated in the Paris Women’s Haute Couture Fair and the Milan Fashion Fair.
